Our Mental Health Worker Patrick Reilly spent time last week with Traveller men at our Community Heart Garden Project.  He persuaded the men to leave their mobile phones behind and do a ‘walk and talk’.

The men talked about mental health services – what’s available and how can you get in touch.

The phones came in very handy in the second part of the session as the men googled the mental health services they had identified in the walk and talk.

We know Christmas can be a tough time for some families. Why not check in with people over Christmas and see how they’re getting on.  Please see the helpline numbers.
