Paddy Keenan

Paddy Keenan is an internationally renowned uilleann piper who grew up in Ballyfermot, Dublin. His family was a musical family and formed The Pavees before Paddy made a solo career and then helped found The Bothy Band in the 1970s. He produced the Long Grazing Acre in 2001 with Tommy Sullivan and continues to play internationally while also promoting Traveller music through the Long Grazing Acre music project. Paddy splits his time between North America and West Cork.
